Our Services are intended for business-to-business (B2B) use. By using the Services, you represent that you are acting on behalf of a legal business entity and have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of product listings, including descriptions, specifications, and pricing. Dead Stock's AI tools assist in generating listings but sellers must verify and approve all content before publication. Transactions between buyers and sellers are governed by the terms agreed upon between the parties.
Certain features of the Services may be subject to fees. All applicable fees will be communicated to you before you incur them. Payment terms and commission structures are outlined in your service agreement with Dead Stock.
All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are owned by Dead Stock or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Services without our prior written consent.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dead Stock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Dead Stock in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Dead Stock does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, upon notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Stargard, Poland.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
